Exceptionally poor service

I have been a client for 3 years on which i have tmeously paid my instalment without delay or default.
Why is it the moment i am "owed" a refund 1stly it is shortpaid & 2ndly it is paid incredibly late.

I am not an I have the statement as proof from urselves that I was owed R470.67 & yet I am refunded a lousy R228.00!!! It is truly unacceptible to be treated as if you some sort of a diliquent payer. One would think that after being such good client you would betreated better than this.

I am trully disgusted in the lack of customer service i have received from this compant & would not recommend u to any1!!!
