COMPLAINT RE PARKING BILL

Good day

I was at airport on Friday July 5 from 6:15 and parked at p5 longstay. One of the attendance told me to parked there. I flew to Johannesburg and returned the same day at 17:00. I paid R545 for my parking for that day. Thought it was an error, but paid anyway as I had to pick up may kids before 18:00 and did not have time to go to parking office to query the amount. I paid with my credit card as I didn't have any cash on me.

Please help me, how can I get a refund on my ticket. I know I must pay for parking, but obviously not R545 for few hours.

Send mail to [Email Removed] who told me that thet will sent complaint to Katanga Parking . services. I contact them as well and they told me that thats unfortunatly amount that I must pay. Sent mail to [Email Removed] as well.

Please help, thanks for assistance!
