I contacted the company via their website and asked for info on the electric blanket. I received a phone call within an hour from Johan who told me about the product and who then said Tim would contact me. This happened the same day and he was able to tell me where I could purchase the product... set it up for me to collect. I then had a problem with it and Tim once again came to deliver a replacement for me to try, and then once I was satisfied, collected the original. I was super impressed with their quick response, friendly, helpful service and advice and going the extra mile to deliver a replacement to my work.
