On the 15 of August i bought a product from groupon. The product was faulty. i contacted them a week later. they did not respond. it hen tried to contact them again and write about 20 emails. still no response for over a month. i finally called the contact center where the client care representative put the fone down in my ear. i called back after being 15 in line i got hold of the manager Lindokhule Ngelang, she said they would collect the old product and deliver the replacement this was on the 18 of October. they did not deliver the replacement and it is the 6th of November. every time i call i am 15 07 17 in the Que. Pathetic
