So OMO advertised that you get a guaranteed gift if you buy their washing powder. All you have to do is sms the code inside the pack which I did and selected which gift I wanted. I received a sms back to say someone will call me back within 48 hours to arrange claiming my gift. NO ONE CALLED!! Four days later I called OMO and it went to a voicemail - I left a message regarding the above and my number for them to call back. A week later and still no call.
Conclusion - THE WHOLE THING IS A to get people to buy their product.
It is FALSE ADVERTISING and BREAKS CONSUMER LAWS!! I Will NOT BUY OMO anymore!!!
This is probably an attempt to stop people from buying Ariel which just came on the market, selling for a low price - OMO had to do something even if it took lying to the consumer. OMO IS CORRUPT!!!
ANd it's not just me THERE ARE A WHOLE LOT OF COMPLAINTS ON FACEBOOK TOO for the same thing.
