I am appalled at the disgusting service by the SAPO.
My friend sent a parcel to my husband and we have been waiting for the past 6 weeks for the parcel to arrive. My friend gave me the tracking # for this parcel today and after checking it on your website, was horrified to see that it arrived at my local post office in December and I was not notified of it. I checked my mailbox every day as I was expecting UNISA study documentation.
I then contacted the contact centre who were, quite frankly, unable to help expect read off what was displayed on the trace and tracking info. I was given the Bromhof information to contact.
I have been trying to call the branch all day and no one bothers answering. I then called the customer service department to lay a complaint and instead of getting a helpful person, I was told very sarcastically "You want to complain because they are not answering the phone? "
I just want my parcel - surely that is not that hard to understand or get right!
