I am very appalled at the service I got from the owner of The Nail Factor.(Branch at Gateway and Musgrave) I wanted to cancel a contract that I had with them and not only did it take 2 weeks to receive an answer, when I eventually phone them back after waiting for a response I was dealt with by an aggressive owner.
According to the consumer protection act I am allowed to cancel a contract with notice within 30days (It has not even been 30days since I signed it) and the owner is allowed to impose a fee of the outstanding amount. He bluntly told me i need to learn my facts about the consumer protection act and that they did not offer refunds.
I feel bullied by this company and do not think that the situation has been dealt with fairly.
