I would like to report the bad service and attitude i got from New look Designs in Clearwater.
I bought a couch in March. It has not been delivered till now. I have been the one who is been after them for feedback. They tell me stories. They were supposed to deliver on the 1st of May, then they said end of May, then end of June and now they're not sure anymore. Now they want to give me the couch i do not even like, they want me to compromise and take the couch i do not like and when i want to choose from the one, s i like, they refuse, they say they are expensive. Now, i want them to give my money back, they wasted my time enough. they tell stories again that i should wait for their boss who is on leave for authorisation. And i have another deal with another supplier which is going to take 5 weeks or more and they want the money before they start making a couch for me and i am being delayed by New Look Designs. they gave me a loan couch after 3 months because i did not have anything to sit on and they want to fetch their couch as possible before even paying me my money back. Please help!!!
