Supplement paid for and not received

I purchased dextrose and casein protein off of Basic Supplements website, as I have done many times before. Two weeks later I finally received the order, only to discover the casein protein was missing. I sent two emails to the company (using their orders and info emails), enquiring about the missing product. A week later and I have still not received a response from them.
