Non response on refund

I paid a deposit for R2000.00 for a training course. I then proceeded to cancel the training as Chamdor Training Center advised that I wait for the class to get full. i.e. they did not have enough attendants. I am yet to receive a refund of my deposit after it was promised to me by the finance department as per Sam Chauke. I have sent them proof of payment but with no response.
