Its been a year and no response

I was in a accident a year a go with one of your delivery vehicles and until today I haven't heard a word from the person that is handling the claim, he's name is Billy and he kept on saying he will phone me but to date still no response. On numerous occasions I phoned and left massages. As per his request I got 3 quotes etc and thena'll of a sudden his driver changed his story.
