IOD Claim faxed and e-mailed through on the 23/02/2012 and originals posted the next day. 13/06/2012 I phoned the office which takes very long for response and the person told me to fax all papers through again and I post copies again. On the 23/07/2012 after claim hasn't been done yet again I phone them and they tell me again to fax papers through. I faxed papers through again and then I phoned them again and asked to confirm fax received. It's almost a year and still I have no Claim nr. to give to the health practitioner. It states on all compensation papers and forms after 6 weeks they will give you claim nr. REALLY! After 6 months I still didn't get a claim nr and now it is almost a year.
