Second time terrible service

My awesome boyfriend ordered flowers from the above mentioned supplier, specified the time, and nowhere on their website does it state that delivery times may vary or that delivery can only occur after asked for delivery time by the customer. This is now the second time that the company had the same excuse, one of their delivery guys are sick and cannot make it, so they are waiting upon another delivery guy to come and start the deliveries.

How pathetic is this??? and under no chance do they go out of their way to keep their customers happy.

My boyfriends works away for 6weeks, so flowers now and again is they only way he can show his appreciation to me, and this supplier has made a complete mess of it!!!

The lady named above tried to place the blame in stating that delivery cannot happen because they cannot meet my delivery time... hello isn't that what customer satisfaction is al about??? Yes customers isn't always right but in this case, why make the company problem shift to the consumer.

I am highly upset about this, they do not realise the effect this had on me.
