At the beginning of May I posted a complaint with respect to Waterlinx's negligent response to my requests for a call-out to check their pump at my swimming pool. Within a matter of days Waterlinx responded to my complaint by offering me a new pump (the original pump eventually stopped working) at a significant discount and additionally supplied me with free pool cleaning products. I would like to thank Waterlinx for their prompt response to my complaint and commend them on the action taken. It is a pity that consumers often have to resort to public forum complaints, in order to draw the attention of the service providers. This will, no doubt, change for the better as our service provider industry matures.
