Gemini Pool Cleaner After Sales Service

I bought a Gemini Pool Cleaner from Dolphin Pools Klerksdorp the Pool cleaner keeps on getting stuck at the steps with this i contacted Dolphin Pools were they told me I SHOULD CONTACT THE SUPPLIER THEY DON`T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME??? So i contacted Vinod from Waterlinx 079 517 9479 where he then told me i had to install a DEFLECTION WHEEL (Gemini don`t have deflection wheels) i phoned him again to come and have a look at the problem were he told me that he could only help me in 3 weeks. I phoned him again on the 10 Sept 2013 were he said he will phone me back i am still waiting. So i tried to phone him, phone keeps on ringing. I have added 3 more extra products onto the Gemini Pool Cleaners pipes that may help and still its getting stuck. O yes and Vinod as been promoted to SALES MANAGER. Waterlinx 011 704 9400.
