My swimming pool pump (still under warranty) stopped workiing on Boxing Day. The next day, Friday, I called in at Fibre Pro and was pleasantly surprised when the shop assistant told me that the owner, Jan Cillier, would go around to my house to test the pump which he did within 20 minutes. He found that a part had blown, returned to his shop to fetch the part and within a hour the pump was working. No charge.
That is what I call going the extra mile.
