To whom it may concern,
I have received appalling service from TC autobody a service provider for First for Woman. My car was in an accident on 28th February and they have had my vehicle from the beginning of March. I only received it back in the middle of April with still superficial parts promised from Germany. Despite endless emails, telephone calls and visits it is still not completed. I have dealt with Deon and Freddie who have made continuous promises and not delivered. While Lindiwe has tried to be helpful she has been unable to get movement on the issues and has not dealt with issues urgently. I have asked Ian the Director to call me and am still waiting. I would not recommend them and they are dealing with many insurance companies claims. I would recommend them to be struck off as a service provider and would caution anyone whose vehicle is there.
