I received a call from Amazing Vouchers about a week ago to advise me that I had won a competition that I had entered on Facebook. The line was really bad and the call was cut. I have not heard from them since. I called the call center yesterday to see if I could be contacted again, but alas, 24 hours have passed and no call.
How do you notify someone that they are a winner in a competition - which you entered on a public platform, therefore advertising on social media, and then not follow through with the prize giveaway?!
