Not paying Claim

Vehicle was broken into, radio taken and Tools that were locked in a box on the back of bakkie as per insurers specs.
Now they wont pay out for specified items (tools) as they werent locked in the boot of the vehicle. But its a bakkie and doesnt have a boot. But tools were locked in a box with 2 pad locks on. but they still refusing to pay out. But yet they still were taking the premiums every month knowing that they arent willing to pay out...
