Eskom Karebo, Energy saving roleout

I, decided to take up Eskoms offer for swapping my down lights in my house for energy saving ones. I applied for the service and paid for it on the 5th February 2013 and have not hear anything since. I have mailed them 5 times and just receive the auto email response. I then phone the national call centre about two months ago and the agent said she will log a request with the project manager. Needless to say I have not hear anything as yet...
