I have purchased end March 2013 a so called brand new caravan (Jurgens Classique) fot the value of R250000 and since day there has been pointed out a couple of skew cupboards that was build by Jurgens Ci. Even the entrance door is to small for the hole where it supposed to fit in. I have the personally contacted Jurgens CI to get this caravan replaced with a new one. They kept on telling me to send back the van to the factory where they will be replacing the skew cupboards, shower door (complete with frame- panel where this door sits in) and the main door complete with frame. Really this is not on because how was the quality checks done in the first place. The dealer kept on saying that the changes looks good to replace the van but when I phone him he said that jurgens ci keeps on saying they will replace half of the interior. All I am asking how can a customer spending money saved for something that he really want get treated this way. Really I think the after sales of GC caravans and Jurgens CI is very bad because they are there to make money and big money so the poor old customer must pay the prize at the end of the day.
