New Sprite Splash faulty Level jacks

I Bought a new Sprite Splash and feel that i wasted my money as there is several times in the last Year that i could not use it due to faulty level jacks. they keep on bending and was replaced two times. Hein at Campworld in Polokwane assisted me to get in contact with Jurgens but they keep us on hold with feedback. i spoke to Lee Marie and she promised to resolve the matter before the end of July and im still waiting. so please come fetch this caravan and give my money back
