This one takes the cake! Candles and all. Beginning December I had my kitchen door of my Sprite Swing caravan repaired at Loftus Caravans in Randburg. It wouldn't close properly. They charged me R1 200 for an hour-and-a-half's labour. That's R800 an hour!
After only the second time I wanted to close the hatch it was exactly the same as before! On my return from the Coast I phoned them to complain and was told they would fix it again but I must bring the caravan in again. I stay about 2 km from them but for me to unpack my caravan just to take it in for a hour's work is a waste of time for me. Why was this not fixed properly the first time? And why the exorbitant amount?
