We rented 2x Jurgens Explorer Caravans and both the caravans were dirty and old. The smell inside the caravan and fridge was very bad. We only realised this at home. I have phoned Loftus and told him my family and my friends family refuse to stay in these caravans and that my driver will bring them back the following morning.
Loftus refuse to pay back my money and we were forced to laon one caravan for the weekend and my friend bought one the night before departure.
I will never use them again. Loftus my message to you is as follows: The wheel is round my friend and you have to live with yourself.
