I took my Jurgens Fleetline Caravan for a service at Diesel Electric in Welkom on the 23rd of August and my Nissan Navara on the 28th. Wednesday afternoon (the 28th of August) I went to Diesel Electric to pick up my Navara and Caravan. When I arrived home I realized that in the time my caravan was at Diesel Electric they have bumped my caravan and while servicing my Nissan Navara they didnt even wash my bakkie like any other dealer would. They charged me R4576.28 for the worst service in Welkom and now I would need to fix the dent and replace the stickers and lights on my Fleetline. I also immediately phoned them when I saw the dent and the person who answered the phone only said its not their problem and the dent was probably my mistake. I only baught my caravan 8 months ago and I know my caravan, it definitly didnt look like that.
