I took my dog to the Doggy Parlour in Kingfisher Road, Sunward Park (next to Park Vet) on Friday 20 Dec for a haircut, nail trimming and wash. I had plans to go away for the weekend and they couldn't have her ready for 17:00 closing time (I took her in at 11:30am). So my dad went to collect her at 18:30. Sunday, upon my return, I noticed that my dog's hair and nails were NOT cut. She still looked the same. They took R180 from me for this service and didn't even consider refunding the money when my dad collected my dog. In addition, they didn't return my dog's collar and retractable leash. Upon trying to call them repeatedly on the cellphone number that is largely printed on their wall, no one answers. Their service is very bad but, worst of all, they are dishonest. I would not recommend them to anyone.
