We made an appointment to have our Scottish Terrier shaved for the first time.
We were the first people in the parlor on Saturday 6 April 2013.
We wanted to stand by when they shaved the dog as this was his first shave but the manager refused.
Then she showed us a sign stating that you have to pay R50 to jump the que and the more we said that we were the first customers for the day the more she said we cannot watch unless we pay R50 extra.
She tried her best to get rid of us if we were going to watch her shave our dog.
She supposedly also doesn't have the owner and her bosses number.
We wrote a complaint in the book and I'm sure she tore it out as nobody has contacted us.
This place is REALLY unprofessional.
