Our electricity went off on 11/06/2013 at 17:00, we reported it immediately. It was fixed on 12/06/2013 at 18:00 but just 5 minutes after they left it went off again till now. This has had an immense impact on our business and caused a lot of damages to our goods. We have called the call center, spending over R200 in airtime.
