He does not want to Pay

A car (Merc 2003 Reg FVN369EC) which I borrow from my niece was bumped by Mr. Mandisi Dlodlo. The accident happens on the 16/02/2013. his car Nissan Hardbody CYK159EC.
The case No. is AR NO 193/02/2013 OB NO. 564/02/2013.
He asked me to get 3 quotation and fax them to Yolandi his insurance company.

Now he does not want to answer my No. I dont have car, i had to give mine to my niece. I not working, I am selling goods for a living.

Help me Peter please
