Bad Service

We made an order with Wendy Buck the beginning of May:
1.First order was incorrectly supplied (different line thicknesses, bad workmanship, peeling and bubbles under the foil)
2.Second order was again incorrectly supplied (lettering missing, bad workmanship) debris under the foil, foil torn in one piece and glued on top of one another
3.Bad Service - it took them from Monday lunch time to Thursday afternoon to deliver two pieces of Perspex.
4.Untrue information - telling us the delivery is on its way while it was not even loaded.
5.Due to the delays caused by Mr Plastic we saw ourselves forced to source our own Perspex and printing causing additional procurement and design cost.
Because of the above points we requested a full refund, and instead of assisting us (their clients) they ignored us. Still now I am sending them emails requesting feedback and a solution to the problem they have caused us and the one email i did receive back was unprofessional and full of inexcusable excuses. Clifford Van Niekerk has been cc'd and even he could care less.
Their customer service is beyond disgusting!!!
I see I am not the only one with this complaint on Hello Peter.
