Unprofessional Conduct

We paid Mr. Plastic by accident twice for the same order in December 2013. To date we cannot obtain any confirmation of when our money will be refunded let alone obtain the refund. All the staff points to and covers for the manager, Mellville van Niekerk. We will not use Mr. Plastic in future as they might behave in similar unethical ways with deposits and other funds paid to them.
