BAD SERVICE IN GENERAL

Hi, My name is Jacobus Matome Selomo. On the 4 may 2013 i have paid a deposit (lay bye) of R500 to the above mentioned, Subsequently on the 25th of may i paid an amount of R1500.00 to close the Balance also to collect the bed.that's when hit the fan, i was told that the bed was at their warehouse in limpopo and i must wait until tuesday (29th of May) and the bed will be delivered to may place.i was also told they do not do lay byes as it was not in their policy. Now I kept wondering why was I not informed before i paid the R500.00? anyway the bed was never deliviered and i did not receive any call from the sales person nor the manager regarding any hicks up they might have encountered. i had to visit the store once again on the 1 June 2013. I was referred to the Manager who told the bed is in stock at their warehouse in Limpopo and had to wait until Tuesday (4th of June). i requested a refund and i was told to bring the slips and my ID for that. I had to be referred to thePolice for a report as i had lost the receipts.when i came back from the police station, the cashier did nt even ask for report, she just paid me the R2000.00.why the was i referred to the police?!
