I am never ordering from @HomeLivingSpace again

We paid a 50% deposit on a dining table and chairs in June 2013 and they forgot to place our order i.e. when the stock came to the warehouse it wasn't allocated to us. After following up we found this out and they placed our order but we had to wait for the next shipment to come through. We get an email today saying the stock has finally arrived and we must pay the balance. We promptly pay (on Wednesday 18 September) and we ask that it is delivered by Friday (after all we have paid in full and have waited nearly three months!!! and we have family coming for the long weekend). Only to be told that it takes a couple of days for payments to be cleared and we can only receive our table next week. We have family coming from Durban this weekend and need a dining table. I am never dealing with store again. The service we have received is truly appalling!! Absolutely PATHETIC!!
