EME Logic was approached to issue a BB-BEE certificate to a "sole trader" as in the past. According to the agency, the documents presented were supposedly insufficient and a certificate could not be issued.
Client requested reimbursement of funds which client had to pay "up front" before any service could be rendered. Agency now "side stepping" and not forth-coming with money from client based on non-performance by agency. Despite "promises" of repayment client is still without money and/or proof of reimbursement by agency. The "buck is being passed" and no-one apparently is prepared to resolve this matter on behalf of the agency EME Logic.
