Words could not explain how "unbearable" this company is!!! This is not the first time that we have had issues with BMG Randburg, the staff and managers there are both useless and unhelpful!! On both occasions we received the same service, we drop off a part to have it sent off and never hear back from them again, when WE call to enquire 2 weeks later (which as far as I am concerned IT IS NOT MY JOB!!), firstly it takes them 20 minutes to find out what parts were sent and what is actually going on, then we get told they are still awaiting stock of this, after agreeing to wait a few more days, we again are calling to follow up and again are told the goods are not ready, when we finally ask to speak to a manager we are assured it will be ready the following day and can be collected. Imagine the idea that we have to call AGAIN the following day only to be spoken to like rubbish, NOT EVEN A APOLOGY for the confusion, but told that it was never agreed that we could collect the goods that day, then to yell to your manager and ask him to confirm or deny if this is what he in fact said. The service and business ethics are terrible, we have lost numerous customer due to empty promises!
