"Annique" recently launched new ranges within their product line - with that came very steap price increases (without informing the public on their website and also the store manager did not infrom me when purchasing the products. ) and the product quility is not the same. I actually mentioned to the store manager (Somerset Mall, Somerset West) that I do not get hte same results witht he new mask as I did with the new one - her answer to me was that the product SHOULD be the same, but if I have any complaints, I should direct them to the Annique website - which does not allow one to send emails directly to them - I have to wait for a response from them first...
When I asked the consultant at the front desk when calling after I got home and realised the new packaging is 1 3rd less than the old range, she only replies saying that the new owner of Annique has ordered these changes and she cannot do anything about it.
How can a company change their product and prices and volumes and not infirm the public accordingly??
