Appointments that were made for services paid for in March 2013, was continuously postponed by the therapist, Patricia. First she and her husband was going on an Anniversary Trip, then she was sick. The bad language used by staff is unbearable. Slimming products was paid for in March 2013 and kept by the therapist, Patrica, is still not delivered. All phone calls was ignored until threatened. The owner of Boksburg Depot (Henriette van Coller) said that she was not responsible for the people working at her Salon. My wife used Annique for 24 years, after today she will start to use something else. When I complained, I found out that Annique Head office, was not responsible either! I would suggest to everybody... be very careful before you go to any Annique Salon!!!
