On the 3september 2013 my mother and sister went to jet mart in brakpan town. there they saw herbex suryp for R29.99 marked on the box. when they got to the till it rang through as R129.99 when they questioned the pricing of the herbex the cashier got very rude and told them that how can they think that a product like herbex would be r29.99, then they saw on the 2nd box that there a price on of R119.99 and also it had pricing on the side of the box for r29.99.so my mother told the lady no the product price on the box is r29.99 so she wants both at that pice because cpa says that the price on the product is what should be paid for the products. this is not the 1st time we have received bad service from the store. can this please be sorted out asap, as attitude like that should not be in a retail store, they didnt even try to contact the manager of the store to try and sort out the product, they had to leave the products in the store as the cashier just said she will nbot give it at the price as indicated on the box. this service is unnaceptable
