I have been contacting OXERS from last year regarding my electricity bills that have phenomonally increased by not just 10 or 20 %, but by 110%. For a single man, living in a bachelor flat, who works from 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri (sometimes on weekends as well) and also sleeping at my sisters in North Ridding for some weekends, electricity box switched off and plugs out, including the geyser off, I get charged an amount increasing monthly from R820 to R980 at times!!! I have cut down my uintake of electricity so much, that I bath at a friends place during the week, charge my laptop and phones at work yet the amount still increases. None of the people who answer the phones can give you answers, neither can they assist in transfering it to a Higher Authority. They have left me with no other alternative but to go public!!! This matter is FAR FROM OVER and I will go to the full legnths to make sure that this matter gets exposed on 3rd Degree, Special Assignment and other mediums. I do not want an Agent to call me, I demand a Snr. Manager to handle this, providing me with answers! My sisters 3 bedroom Town House has a bill of R405 monthly and electricity is constantly on! I expect a rebate!!!
