No service with a bad attitude when enquering

I bought Defy fridge/freeze spares for LVB on 07/02, very proffesional email with order details. 12/04 I made an enquiry as to where the items was, as it now took a long time to reach me and the tracking comments on the Post Office web was not clear as to where the parcel was. I was told that they checked the order online and it seems as if it was returned to them and Ruan said he will phone and find out what was going on.
He never returned back to me. I enquired again 07/05, They then stated: We are waiting for it to arrive at the post office so we can send it out to you again, However I cannot access the post office tracking at the moment. That was the last i heard from them. I enquired again 30/05, upon which Liezel said she will follow up and get back to me. She did, she told me it was send back, no reason and it will be couriered to the address provided. An hour later an email was send to me indicating that I must either pay R36.50 for courier service or collect myself at their premises. I phoned to enquire about this and was given so much attitude by Ruan that it is not their responsibility to track parcels and that the parcel was send to me, but I never colllected the item
