Groupon was once a trusted company to me, sending me deals which were mostly good. One day i came across a deal which was too good to be true-Glenwood Driving School offering 1 hour driving lessons at a 50% discount. i was skeptical at first because the lessons were so cheap that actually no other company would dare offer me, but i purchased the deal as i trusted Groupon to sell reputable offers. After i purchased the deal, Glenwood Driving school changed the fine print of the deal (i had to pay a further R800 after buying a R400 1X10 hour driving lessons from Groupon), blaming Groupon for making a mistake in the original advert. i immediately contacted Groupon as to this mistake, but to this day i have received no positive feedback. After paying R1200 to Glenwood Driving School I've come to realize two things: Groupon should never be trusted, nor supported and Glenwood Driving School is a huge. Groupon failed to investigate the driving school nor provide any customer support.
