I have a parcel at JHB International that came in on the 28/4. It is now 29/5 and only got a notification now that I must fax the invoice to them. I tried phoning them on various numbers supplied by them and after hanging on for about 10 minutes each time I get cut off.
First of all: 1. Why is it lying there for so long before notifying me (one month).
2. Why delay it by asking me for an invoice. It is only 3 pairs of doggie shoes for $27. Send it straight to the Post Office in my town with the duty charges etc.
Now what will happen from now is that after me faxing the invoice, there will be another 2 week delay. I know from experience.
Parcels are very quick from other countries to get to SA but then it stalls. One month lying there is a FU@#ing long time.
