On Saturday 25th May around just after 8AMI went to the Rooodepoort SPCA and on arrival at the reception two women were fighting, screaming and swearing at one another for some time, in front of the public and other personel. I left as I could not bear to listen to this and came back on Tuesday 29th May during my lunch time at approximatly 2PM and could hardly believe my ears when I heard someone scream at the top of her voice! I heard her from the gate and was told that it was the MANAGER screaming at the charity shop lady. Should not the Manager address staff issues in a private and confidential way without degrading staff in public? The manager sets the standards for other staff who will follow that leadership. I will never set foot at that spca again and rather buy a dog from a pet shop and take my donations to other welfare organisations. I wish not to have my details disclosed to the spca
