I have a very mad experience with Magdeline that work a the pet hospital.
I phoned on the 2 January at 16:52 and I needed to get my pet to the spca. Instead of helping me she started out with a terrible attitude more worried about that the spca is closing 5, I was less than 5 minutes away and need my pet admitted.
Arriving at the spca on the dot 5o'clock, she still had a attitude and said to one of the other nurses that she leaving now and this directed at me.
I'm so disgusted with the spca experience. I'm not sure why people are employed at a animal hospital that don't have a heart for animals that are sick or in distress and this is clear in her attitude. she is doing injustice to the name of the spca. When I told her about her attitude she just carried on saying to staff around her that she need to leave and is going Busy corner.
