I sent my my parcel to from the Bruma Branch to Johannesburg central on the 16 May 2013, its been stuck at WITSPOS (HUB) since 17 May 2013. The service is totally unacceptable its been more than 10 days, can you please urgently assist in processing the parcel to the next branch so the receiver can collect..
