I have experienced very very bad service from Ben. I have never in my life came across such a rude unrespectfull person. He phoned me for payment, but demanded it straight away and did not even give me a chance to speak. He then made an arrangement to collect the payment and did not pitch. After which he locked up our property and refused to release it before we made the payment in full.
