Hi, as per my previous complaint on hellopeter you informed me that someone responded to my query, however, the day they responded our emails were off, I then emailed again on 21 May 2013 asking them to resend their feedback, then I followed up on 24th May and as of today 27 May 2013 no one has responded!!
