I was in PE on business and my daughter asked me to bring her 5 haybars for her horses. I enquired from moya [Email Removed] where their factory was so that I could come and fetch it. Moya's husband offered to deliver it to my hotel. When it was delivered I realised that it was to big to fit into the hired car. He then offered to take it back and bring it to the airport just before my plane was leaving the following day. He even repacked it in two parcels so that it could be more manageable. He was always friendly, and did not even charge me extra for driving back and forth from Uitenhage. Where today do you still get such excellent service?
