Over the weekend my husband and i had mcdonalds. Upon his return home i realised that payment for the meal has gone off twice on my account. Today i called them, and was pleasantly surprised when the phone was actually answered as this is a rare occurrence in the fast food industry. Not only was the lady friendly and helpful, she was apologetic and understanding too. She asked if i could bring a print out of my statement as proof of the double charge and said that once i come in, i must just as fir Phillip. He attended to me in a matter of seconds, took a swift look at the statements and apologised for the mistake and offered me either a full refund or another meal. Thanks Phillip for great service!
