I ordered a few items from the online store but had issues with payment. I requested a manually generated order with eft details which Natassja did efficiently. She got the goods couriered to me (in Durban) in record time, and kept me informed at each step on the progress of the order. I think she is a real asset to her employees for her friendly attitude and efficiency, and I hope that this message of appreciation spurs her on to keep up her great work ethic. Thank you Natassja!
